Vincent Micallef - Managing Director

Vince Micallef is a seasoned financial leader and accomplished senior executive with a successful entrepreneurship career that spans three decades. He has held numerous leadership positions and is considered a foremost expert in business management, finance, accounting and legal issues. Vince has been involved in a wide range of businesses including computer software retailing and franchising, oceanographic instrumentation, agricultural biotechnology, plant nursery, entertainment media distribution, radio broadcast, intellectual property, food manufacturing and quick service restaurants.

His areas of expertise also include mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, strategic planning, fundraising, and private investments.

As a thought leader in the financial industry, Vince has been guest lecturer on business valuation at several organizations, including Portland State University and the Institute of Management Accountants. He has also lectured on entrepreneurship and the root causes of the 2008 recession and was named as the top CFO for mid-market companies in the State of Oregon by the Portland Business Journal in 2007.

Vince obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration and Economics, with a focus in finance and accounting, from Simon Fraser University where he graduated in 3 years and was the recipient of the Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence upon graduation. He holds an MBA from the University of Portland with a focus in marketing and strategic planning.

Vince lives in Vancouver, WA with his wife and two pups.  He loves the outdoors and has a passion for running, having recently completed his 29th marathon.
